Program & Teachers

The Program

Join like-minded meditators from across NSW & ACT to explore the Buddhist approach to living a life of great meaning and true happiness. You’ll receive teachings from three senior Kadampa teachers from our region, be guided in meditations, and have the opportunity to meet practitioners from all walks of life.

Starting with dinner followed by an Introductory Talk on Friday evening, the weekend will incorporate teachings, guided meditations and chanted prayers. Seating will be on chairs.

There will be plenty of breaks to enjoy the beauty of the location, and the activities available at the venue including kayaking, swimming, bushwalking or simply relaxing with a book.

The weekend will finish after lunch on Sunday. Meals will be delicious vegetarian meals with gluten-free and vegan options available.
