Please make one booking per person and ensure the booking is under your name.

Bookings close 5pm on Friday 8 September 2023.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations before 5pm Friday 8 September 2023 will be refunded all but a 25% non-refundable administration fee. Cancellations after 5pm Friday 8 September 2023 are non-refundable.
Exceptions are discretionary and may be made in cases such as bereavement or sickness (including Covid-19 self-isolation or local lockdown), or other reasonably unforeseen circumstances.  All such requests must be made in writing to admin@meditateinsydney.org no later than 5pm Saturday 16 September 2023.

What to bring

Camping – tent & camping equipment, pillow, sleeping bag and/or bedding, towel, toiletries and torch

Dormitory, twin or triple share – fitted sheet or mattress protector, pillow, sleeping bag and/or bedding, towel, toiletries and torch

Meals

Meals are included in your booking and are vegetarian.  Gluten free and vegan options are available.  PLEASE NOTE: gluten free meals are prepared in the same kitchen as other meals and some cross contamination may occur.  Unfortunately we are unable to cater for other food sensitivities.

Children

This event is not suitable for children under 16 years old. Young Adults: 16 and 17 year olds must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over 18 years old.

Mobility Access

The Crosslands Venue is quite hilly and as such may be difficult for people who have issues with mobility.

Mobile Phone Connection

Because of the rural location and the nature of the buildings, mobile network access is generally very weak. Some networks get no signal at all.

Pets

We cannot accept pets except Guide or other Assistance Dogs.

General Guidelines

During your visit to Crosslands and on KMC Sydney property, you are requested to refrain from smoking (incl. electronic cigarettes), taking intoxicants and drinking alcohol anywhere in the buildings and on the grounds.
